Terms and Conditions-The Crap Cartel

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the pet waste removal services provided by The Crap Cartel, hereinafter referred to as "The Company," "we," "us," or "our." By accessing or using our services, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

The Company provides professional pet waste removal services, including but not limited to:

  • Scooping pet waste from yards, outdoor spaces, and other areas as agreed.

  • Disposing of pet waste in an environmentally responsible manner.

Service Schedule

  • The Company will perform the agreed-upon pet waste removal on a schedule established with the customer.

  • Services are provided on a recurring basis, such as weekly, fortnightly, monthly or as a one-time visit based on the Customer’s preference.

  • We reserve the right to adjust or modify the schedule as necessary, with advance notice to the Customer.

  • If the grass in your yard is tall when we come, there might be some dog waste that we missed. We will come back on the next scheduled visit and clean everything we missed, after the maintenance of your yard has been completed.

Payment Terms

  • Services are charged based on the pricing plan agreed upon by the Customer. The Crap Cartel pre-bills fortnightly for our services. Your account will be charged fortnightly for the services. If your card is declined, we will discontinue our services immediately until the billing issue has been resolved. We will only pause our services for a period of 30 days. If the services do not resume after the 30-days period, you will be removed from the schedule.

  • The Company accepts payments via Credit/Debit Cards.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee, as outlined in the payment agreement.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise by The Company.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are required to ensure that the yard or area where services are being performed is accessible for our staff. Charges will apply if area is inaccessible.

  • Any special instructions regarding access to the property or pet behaviour should be communicated prior to the service date.

  • Customers should secure or notify the Company of any pets that might interfere with the service or pose a safety risk to the technician.

  • If the yard is unsafe, the Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services for the safety of its staff.

  • If customer suggests we come back at a later time/date, additional $7 driving fee will be added to the bill.

Service Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule services by providing 12 hours’ notice before the scheduled service time.

  • If a customer cancels within 12 of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel services in case of inclement weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible, and a rescheduled service date will be provided.

Liability and Damage

  • The Company will take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property during the performance of the services. However, The Company is not liable for damage to any landscaping, structures, or other items caused by our staff performing the service.

  • The Company is not liable for any injuries caused by pets or hazardous conditions not disclosed by the Customer.

Privacy and Confidentiality

  • The Company respects your privacy and agrees not to share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or as part of necessary business functions (e.g., payment processing).

  • The Company may collect personal and payment information for the purpose of providing services and processing payments.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 2 days' written notice.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or unsafe conditions for employees.

Force Majeure

  • The Company will not be held liable for failure to perform services due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, acts of God, labor disputes, or other unforeseen events.

  • We do not offer refunds for missed scoops due to weather conditions. In case of missed scoops caused by the weather, we will miss that week(s) and see you the following week when it is safe.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.

 

Additional Fees

The Crap Cartel will charge additional fees for the following items:

  1. Cleaning dog waste from decks/patios/sidewalks ($7 per visit),

  2. Come-Back request ($7 per time),

  3. All pricing is based on 30min. If yard takes longer than 30min to walk through an additional charge of $3 per 10min,

  4. Waiting for customer for over 15 min to perform the cleaning ($7 per visit).
